Refund & Return Policy

 

At Solartime USA, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window:

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligible Products for Refund:

Refunds will only be issued for products that meet one of the following criteria:

  • New Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. All original tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.

  • Damaged Upon Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt (within 48 hours of delivery) with photographic evidence of the damage to both the item and the packaging.

Please Note: We do not offer refunds for products that have been used, show signs of  tear, are missing parts not due to our error, or are returned after the 30-day window.

3. How to Initiate a Return:

 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return (e.g., "New Product Return" or "Damaged Upon Arrival" with details).

  3. Once your return is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email and instructions on how to send back your item.

4. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Inspection and Refund Processing:

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the approval of your return. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

6. Non-Refundable Items/Situations:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Items returned without approval may be refused and returned to the sender.

  • Products that do not meet the "New Condition" or "Damaged Upon Arrival" criteria.
